What exactly happens during an optimization session? +

We connect to your PC remotely via AnyDesk or RustDesk where you can watch everything in real-time. We perform a full system audit, then apply manual optimizations to your BIOS, Windows, GPU drivers, power plan, registry, network stack, and more. Every tweak is done by hand — no scripts, no automated tools. At the end, we run a before & after benchmark so you can see the difference.

Is it safe? Can you damage my system? +

Absolutely safe. We've optimized hundreds of systems without a single failure. Every change we make is reversible, and we create restore points before starting. For overclocking, we only push stable, stress-tested configurations — no "show numbers" that crash under load. You're in full control the entire time.

How long does a session take? +

An Essential session typically takes 1–2 hours. The Ultimate package can take 2–4 hours depending on your hardware, as it includes overclocking and deeper optimizations. We never rush — quality and stability always come first.

Do I need to be present during the session? +

You don't have to sit in front of the screen the whole time, but we recommend being available. You'll need to grant remote access at the start and may need to restart your PC at various points. Many clients watch and learn — we're happy to explain what we're doing.

What hardware and games do you support? +

We support all modern AMD and Intel CPUs, NVIDIA and AMD GPUs, DDR4/DDR5 RAM, and any gaming setup running Windows 10 or 11. Our optimizations are system-wide, meaning every game benefits — from competitive titles like Valorant and CS2 to demanding games like Cyberpunk 2077.

What's the difference between Essential and Ultimate? +

Essential covers the core optimizations: fresh SLYTHOS Windows install, BIOS tuning, registry optimization, GPU driver debloat, and power plan configuration. Ultimate includes everything in Essential plus CPU, GPU & RAM overclocking, monitor calibration, app optimization, hardware upgrade advice, and priority Discord support. If you want maximum performance from your system, Ultimate is the way to go.

What if I'm not satisfied with the results? +

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If the optimization doesn't deliver a noticeable improvement, we'll continue working on your system until it does — at no extra cost. We also provide lifetime support, so if anything needs re-tuning after a driver update or Windows patch, we've got you covered.
