1. Overview

Fabio's Tweaking Lab provides manual PC optimization and overclocking services performed remotely. By booking a session or using our services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

2. Scope of Service

All optimizations are performed by hand via a remote session (AnyDesk or RustDesk). The specific changes depend on your hardware, software and chosen package. We aim to improve performance, responsiveness and system stability, but exact results vary between systems and cannot be guaranteed as fixed figures.

3. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for backing up your important data before a session. You must have legitimate, licensed copies of your operating system and software, and you must remain reachable during the session to grant access and approve restarts when needed.

4. Remote Access & Control

You stay in full control at all times and can end the session whenever you wish. We only access your system for the duration and purpose of the booked optimization.

5. Overclocking & Stability

We apply only stable, stress-tested overclocks — never unstable "showcase" settings. While we take great care, overclocking inherently involves running hardware beyond stock specifications. You acknowledge and accept this when choosing overclocking services.

6. Payments & Refunds

Prices are listed per package on our website. We offer a satisfaction guarantee: if an optimization does not deliver a noticeable improvement, we will keep working on your system until it does, at no extra cost. Refund requests are handled case by case via Discord.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fabio's Tweaking Lab is not liable for data loss, hardware damage, or indirect damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant session.
